Shipping & Returns

For all orders placed by midday, we aim for same day fulfilment. 

Delivery Times: 

Auckland - 1-3 Days

North Island - 1-3 Days

South Island - 2-4 Days 

Please allow an additional 2 days for rural delivery, as well as public holidays and major sale periods such as Black Friday. 

Shipping Costs:

NZ Shipping Over $75: Free

NZ Shipping Under $75: $6.95

Returns:

For hygiene reasons we’re unable to accept change in mind returns, including personal preference changes. Faulty items must provide video/photo proof to demonstrate the clear fault, in which case a replacement item will be sent. 

Upon Delivery, the Customer must inspect the Products and must give notice to Scentéry of any defective Products within 14 days of Delivery, by email hello@scentery.co.nz or through our contact page. Please ensure to include photo and video evidence of fault, and your order number. Subject to availability, Scentéry will provide the Customer with a replacement Product.

Scentéry is not responsible for missing returns or packages, and we can only process your request once we have received the returned item in our warehouse.

Incorrect shipping addresses: 

We can only update your shipping details if your order has not yet been dispatched. If you have already received a tracking number, the address cannot be changed. In this case, please contact your local courier depot to request an address update.

Scentéry is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it to the correct location.

Shipping Delays: 

Once your order has been shipped, Scentéry is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control.
